This is a website dedicated to the life and history of Sir John Clay.

The site is linked to, The Clay of England Society website and The Society of Anglo-French Clays website.

There was already an amount of information on Sir John, on the Clay of England website but this information did not begin until c1441, then whilst researching for the Anglo-French Clays website we realised that we would not find earlier information on Sir John in England and that was because he was in Normandy at this time.

Thanks to the Medieval Soldier website, we were able to link our John Clay to a John Clay on their website. (see links)
